Многие хотят вести здоровый образ жизни, но не знают с чего начать, для этого есть много каналов на YouTube, сейчас я расскажу об одном из них проверенном мной.

Pamela Reif — девушка, фитнес-тренер, с которой у Вас, точно всё получится! Она живёт за границей, на сколько я поняла в Германии. У неё 9 с половиной миллионов подписчиков на YouTube и это уже о чём-то говорит. Иногда, Вы можете увидеть на её канале тренировки со знаменитостями: певцами, спортсменами и не только, в конце иногда даже не большое интервью на английском. Вот мои любимые тренировки:

Тренировка кардио — пресс, с приглашённым гостем.

Самая лучшая тренировка на пресс с потрясающей музыкой.

Танцевальная тренировка под приятную музыку.

Вечерняя растяжка на спину.

Тренировки на все виды: думаю, как вы уже заметили тренировки есть на все части тела: ноги, живот, пресс, растяжка, спина, танцы и кардио, всё, что только душа пожелает.

Без лишней болтовни: самое весомое отличие Памелы от других блогеров, то что она никогда не говорит в начале, а перед началом занятия у Вас есть только 5-10 секунд.

Начало каждой тренировки за 5 секунд до начала.

Значимый минус: Одни только плюсы, в чём-же кроется подвох?))) У Памелы, к сожалению нет видео про питание на канале, что очень всё усложняет, ведь важен комплексный подход. Хотя может оно и к лучшему, всё равно ведь на английском.) Единственное, что могу посоветовать это канал TGYM, тренировки там больше для начинающих и не такие первоклассные, за то весь канал на русском языке и много видео про питание, в том числе даже подсчёт калорий, отзыв можно прочитать здесь: https://irecommend.ru/content/kak-intensivno-treni.

Реклама: Вот, что радует ещё! Нет никакой рекламы, обычно фитнес-блогеры рекламируют; одежду, приложения, браслеты — умные весы, дорожки для ходьбы, инвентарь или протеин, а у Памелы, ничего этого нет! Хотя иногда хочется, чтобы она, что-то порекомендовала.))) Думаю единственное, что она рекламирует, это спортивные костюмы от Puma, но это скрытая реклама и приходит это на ум, только из-за того, что она одевает только Puma. Даже в видео нет рекламы, но это скорее всего из-за формата в 10-15 минут.
Как же, Памела зарабатывает?: Это конечно сугубо личная тема Памелы, но не упомянуть об этом в отзыве о честном и правильном блогере я не могла.))) Я нашла сайт Памелы, где она продаёт свои собственные; книги, продукты питания, кулинарную книгу, приложение, вкусный адвент-календарь. Вы сейчас скажете — ничего не рекламирует, но всё равно продаёт! Я бы выразилась по другому, потому что это именно то, что она создала сама и уверена в своём продукте, уважение! Вот сайт: [ссылка]

Приятная музыка: тренировка — не тренировка без качественной музыки в тон упражнений, она одна из единственных фитнес-тренеров, у которых с этим нет проблем в видео.
Таймер: Во всех видео во время упражнения в верхнем правом углу находится небольшой круглый секундомер с временем до окончания упражнения, это очень помогает во время сложных упражнений.

Самочувствие: Во время тренировки, я чувствую усталость и хочу всё побыстрее закончить, но буквально через 2 минуты, после окончания, когда пульс успокоился. Моё настроение значительно улучшается и хочется покорять всё новые вершины.

PAMELA REIF’S WORKOUTS

This 20 day fitness challenge features 20 of Pamela RFs effective YouTube workouts.

For those of you who don’t know, Pamela is my #1 fitness inspiration (click here to read why!) So, I only found it fitting to feature her workouts in this fitness challenge! From 10 minute booty workouts, to 20 minute full body workouts, Pamela has a variety of effective workouts that will get have you sweating in a short amount of time! Due to Pamela’s workouts being quite challenging and effective regardless of how short or long they are, I have chosen to include only one workout for each day. So, you are only required to complete one workout each day (except for day 6!)

20 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE

If you’ve never participated in a fitness challenge before, it’s okay. Don’t get intimidated. This 20 day fitness challenge is completely suitable for beginners. All of the workouts are 20 minutes long or less. So, they don’t require much of your time and energy. However, if you need to take a break during a workout, feel free to pause the workout to take a break.

Fitness challenge outline

To make it easier for you to navigate through the challenge I have:

  • Labeled each day of the challenge (day 1 – day 20)
  • Specified the kind of workout you will be doing each day (full body, arms, cardio, etc)
  • Stated the name of the workout.
  • Provided the total time of each workout.
  • Shared the workout video straight from Pamela’s YouTube channel.

Please keep in mind that you DO NOT have to complete this challenge for 20 days straight (you can if you want to!) You don’t have to workout Monday-Sunday. Instead, you can workout for five days, rest two days, and repeat.

The goal is to complete this challenge in 20 days during the month.
